Promoting sustainable meals in online food delivery

We partnered with Green Nudges, a leading behavioral design consultancy, to deliver a workshop for an international online food delivery platform.

The session combined the latest behavioral science research with practical guidance on influencing consumer food choices.

Our focus was on:

Increasing the selection of plant-based meals by leveraging choice architecture, framing, and nudges.

Reducing meat consumption through subtle, evidence-based behavioural interventions.

Sharing best practices that translate research insights into measurable, real-world impact.

The workshop enabled the client to design more effective features to upsell sustainable choices while enhancing user engagement and supporting their ESG objectives.
