Personality profiling for dietary behavior change

We designed a workshop for the University of Illinois Personalized Nutrition Initiative exploring how personality traits (the ‘Big Five’: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism) influence dietary behavior.

The session helped partner organizations understand how to profile and segment users, and tailor food product offerings and adherence support to individual personality types, to boost both service engagement and dietary adherence, while providing actionable insights to drive product sales.
